Weinberger is a San Diego-based author. It is his overzealous
passion for rock 'n' roll concerts that singles him out; he has attended
over 1,000 concerts, beginning with Kiss on August 19, 1977.
Weinberger's favorite bands run the gamut of old and new rockers, from
KISS, ZZ Top, Fleetwood Mac and The Who to Kings of Leon, Radiohead, Red
Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day, Oasis, Modest Mouse, and Toad the Wet
Sprocket. Weinberger's all time favorite bands to see live include KISS,
Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Wilco, Pearl Jam and Bruce
Springsteen and the E Street Band.
